MiSolar Homes Estate, Nigeria

MiSolar Homes is an initiative to deliver sustainable housing in Nigeria. It is envisaged that the houses in the estate would be net zero buildings, with the total amount of energy used on an annual basis roughly equal to the energy generated on site through renewable energy. In order to achieve a net zero building, both active and passive approaches would be employed for the design of the Misolar Homes.

The estate would also have series of communal parks located at building clusters as well as private back gardens. The streets will be lined with beautiful tropical trees and foot paths located on either side of roads.

Ancillary facilities like neighbourhood shops, schools/ creche, health centres can also be integrated in the design of the estate.
